Bishop Of Sheffield Backed by Lily Allen


Bishop Of Sheffield was backed by the singer Lily Allen after he told churchgoers to listen to the singer's music as part of a course about the Bible.

A clean edit of Allen's hit 'The Fear' included by Right Reverend Dr Steven Croft,on a list of approved songs for participants in the Easter-themed course.

'Pretty Amazing Grace' was also included alongside clip from Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.

He told BBC News Allen's song used clever puns and “captures a certain spirit of contemporary culture”.

Responding to the Dr Croft's proposal, Allen posted a link to the story on Twitter and wrote: “Quite Right!!!!!!”

LILY ALLEN CREATES OWN RECORD LABEL


Lily is about make up her own record label called In The Name Of,reported by singer Lily Allen.

Singer has now started the new record label,Lily has already decided last year to quit making music last year.

According to UK newspaper The Sun,Sony is backing up Lily Allen financially so she can hire staff and set up an office.

Allen's first signing to the label is the New York band Cults and she will now spend her time working on the label, despite not making any more music herself.

She also founded clothing store Lucy In Disguise last year with her half-sister Sarah Owen.

Lily Allen demands £1m for charity from Morgan

Piers Morgan’s desired Lily Allen to appear on his chat show but unfortunately he could not do that so because Lily has demanded a million pounds be donated to charity.

Female First magazine revealed that after an offer made to the 25 year old singer she demanded to donate £1m to Sands charity, which supports parents whose babies have died.Allen herself has suffered two miscarriages.

“Together with the Royal College of Pathologists we are urging the Government to ensure proper resourcing for the UK’s perinatal pathology services,” the charity said in a news release in November.

Allen wrote on Twitter: “i’d do it for a million for SANDS. money, mouth??????????????????”

Morgan, according to the Press Association, “told Lily, ‘I will get ITV to make substantial five-figure donation to your charity for the interview.’”

But Allen is said to have told him: “Those are my terms. I’ve got no interest in coming on your show, you’ve been asking me for years.”

Lily Allen Facing Twitter Investigation?


For allegedly ­plugging products on Twitter Lily Allen and Liz Hurley could be investigated.

The star have broken Office of Fair Trading rules if they endorsed products for cash without declaring an interest.

References to ­PlayStation and Grey Goose vodka had been made by Lily Allen.

A spokeswoman for Lily said: “We wouldn’t comment on whether it was part of a deal. It’s nobody’s ­business.”

If guidelines are breached the Office of Fair Trading has the power to prosecute.

Lily Allen suffers miscarriage


After complaining of stomach pains the 25 year old Lily Allen rushed to hospital but unfortunately the efforts made by doctor didn't came up successful to save the unborn child over the weekend tragically failed, reported Daily Mail online.

The singers rep confirms that,"It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made."

The child was expected from the singer with boy friend Cooper and had appeared healthy and happy when she performed in a London club two weeks ago.

She also had a miscarriage two years back when she lost her first baby.In December 2007 she told she was pregnant by then boyfriend Ed Simons of the 'Chemical Brothers'. However, she lost the baby in January 2008.
